Total sum is at least 2000 US dollars that includes:

1. Cost of opening of a settlement card (and first year of service) and the subsequent annual payment is 100 US dollars.
2. It is necessary secured pledge for a covering of the losses caused by unauthorized actions of the card user. For debit/credit card the secured deposit is 1000 US dollars for non-resident of this European country. At closing a card or it's expiring the secured deposit will refund back.
3. 100 US dollars or more - initialing payment on your settlement account, from which the cost of card delivery to you by express mail is deducted (about 35-45 dollars).
