After many years in business we have located a reliable bank that will accept new businesses with no pass history for on-line credit cards transactions.

Here's what you get for Eur 750:

• Ability to use Swift or ABA wiring of funds into or out of your account

• Guaranteed acceptance or your money back
• ATM Card & Internet banking optional [extra cost]

Here's the low down:
The bank "may" require a one month deposit as security against charge-backs based on YOUR estimate of usage. This isn't written in stone, but please be advised.

Bank charges a 5% processing fee for each charge amount. Funds are paid out monthly, less a small reserve to guard against future charge-backs.

Charge authorization is provider during European business hours.

Here's what is required:

• Apostilled copies of your company papers, including an Apostilled power of attorney for you to operate the account. If you don't have an offshore company, we can get a company for you at a small additional cost.
• A notarized copy of your passport
• A brief description of your business, including any web url address. Be sure to include your intended amount of [estimated] charge usage, i.e. how much monthly you'd expect to receive in credit card charges, plus the estimated average charge amount. For example you estimate US$5,000 per month in charges and the average charge is US$450 per item.
• Your e-mail address and a street address for courier delivery
• Your fee of Eur 750 payable to Ayoc

Optional:
Should you wish an ATM card to access funds from your merchant account, please add Eur500

Should you wish Internet ability to access your account, please add an additional Eur500.

Setup time is now taking [approximately] 1 week from the time we receive your completed application, all fee's and all required documents.

Once we receive the above we will immediately contact the bank source. The bank's source will then send to you direct the bank's application's, etc. You fill these out and return directly, not through us. It couldn't be easier!
