Unfortunately in today's world there are more than a few scamsters in business both in mail order and the Internet businesses. AYOC would like to give you a few clues to the tell-tale signs of questionable businesses that try to get you signed up as a new member, associate, reseller, one of his or her downline, etc.

Look for these signs:

• big income with little work
• products and services that are too cheap
• foolproof plans that work for everyone
• no telephone number
• no street address
• job's that don't check your qualifications
• no listing with the BBB or Chamber of Commerce
• unknown brands
• if you pay just to be a distributor
• if you're eligible for prizes, gifts or commissions just for joining
• and the best warning of all; NO PRODUCT

Unless you keep on top of things and are well informed it is wise to belong to or check with some of the groups on the WWW that exchange scam intelligence. They all know the names of dealers, organizations and companies that wise buyers avoid like the plague.

These names are seldom mentioned in public for fear of a lawsuit from the offended party or even worse reprisals. Their names can be released to you on a one on one basis through e-mail or fax. One print and mailer actually threatened to "put a contract" out on one well know individual who threatened to expose the crook!

At AYOC we invest thousands of dollars yearly purchasing newsletters, reports, products and services from offshore providers and web sites. Due to increased demand from our customers for information regarding scams, rip-offs and con artists, we are publishing this Scam Busters and Dubious Honors page at our web site.

We have and will continue to report our negative experiences as well as those of our clients to our customers and potential customers at this page. Therefore it may be a good idea for you to bookmark this page as one of your favorite's as we will continually update the information as necessary.

We are not out to hurt any business, competitor, friend or foe. However we are out to provide our clients with unbiased input, feedback from both our experience and those of our clients in order for you to make your own intelligent decision whether or not to proceed with an acquisition, purchase, etc. from ANY provider on the Internet, ourselves included. As the age old adage goes "Caveat Emptor."

In spite of this abuse we are proud to present these pages in hopes of preventing you and others from being ripped off and having your money stolen by crooks and con artists. Our consolation is the fact that the crooks spamming, using our email address proves THIS SITE hurts them where it counts, in their pocket, as this is apparently their script kiddie way of trying to get back at us! We had our Techie tracking down the spammer and located the culprits. As the late Robert Kennedy told his brother, President John F. Kennedy: "Don't get mad, get even!" We're going to get even.
